01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cc6ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cc6ph.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the cc6ph Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on cc6ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money gambling in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of cc6ph complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated through cc6ph or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion scheme.
• Prohibited Persons: Directors, officers, employees, consultants, and immediate family members of cc6ph and its affiliated gaming software providers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

03 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming services on cc6ph, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. cc6ph reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the cc6ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited at cc6ph's discretion.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cc6ph is required by PAGCOR to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before granting full account access. You may be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, or PhilSys ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash wallet screenshot, bank statement)
• A recent selfie holding your government-issued ID

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by cc6ph may result in temporary restriction of account functions including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc6ph account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. cc6ph will never contact you by SMS, email, or live chat requesting your password or OTP. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact cc6ph support immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

cc6ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank. All deposits are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. cc6ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your cc6ph wallet upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfer credits may take longer depending on your financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cc6ph processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform's cashier page, with GCash withdrawals typically completing in under 12 minutes.

cc6ph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, cc6ph may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered dormant. cc6ph may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players with dormant accounts will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied and may reactivate their account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

cc6ph offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the cc6ph Platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game software providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure random, fair, and unpredictable outcomes.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and must be consulted by the player before placing any wager. Lack of familiarity with a game's rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the payout credited to your account, the gaming server's records shall be considered the definitive and final record.

cc6ph makes no guarantee of winnings. All gaming activity on the Platform carries inherent financial risk, and players acknowledge that they may lose some or all funds wagered. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual outcome.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate deposits
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game format
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc6ph staff or other Platform users
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion, or account limitation implemented by cc6ph

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the cc6ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cc6ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cc6ph Platform without prior written consent from cc6ph.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6ph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cc6ph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to wagering outcomes
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party
• Delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with the server records

cc6ph's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

cc6ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated period
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's bank or e-wallet provider
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used in a manner that harms cc6ph, other players, or third parties

Upon account termination, cc6ph will return any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method after completing all necessary investigations, subject to a minimum of 30 business days for fraud-related closures.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cc6ph support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11 Responsible Gaming

cc6ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We offer the following player protection tools, all accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts reminding you of time spent on the Platform

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the cc6ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to cc6ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. cc6ph commits to acknowledging all formally submitted complaints within 5 business days and providing a final decision within 30 business days of receiving all relevant information.

cc6ph is regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are not satisfied with cc6ph's dispute resolution outcome may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cc6ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cc6ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the cc6ph Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were last updated.
